I’ve been trying to monitor my weight for a while.  And in reality, for a long time I just used my clothing as my guide.  But, I finally bought bathroom scales.  The problem is, they just sit there and taunt me most days.  My kids use them almost of the time to brag to me about how much they weigh. 

And, we even have a set of scales in the kitchen.  Hopefully I’ll learn to use that scale as well.  I’m just not a good cook in general so when I do break down and cook, I have to check my measurements on everything.
