Many women can tell you horror stories galore regarding the problem with hemorrhoids both during and after pregnancy.  Child birth just seems to be a starting point for problems with the extreme pressure in the area.  If it’s you, I’m very sorry that you are going through this and feel so very lucky that I haven’t experienced this problem myself.
