I was fortunate enough to get a professional facial a few months ago.  She was really great and talk to me quietly and made me fall into her hands and relax.  Once she had worked on me for some time, she asked me if I wanted her to try to get rid of the blackheads which had managed to accumulate in various places on my face.

My first question to her was, do I actually have blackheads.  I honestly had never seen what I thought was a blackhead and was surprised when she even asked.  But, from the pain involved in removing them, they were there and I was just too blind to see them.
