Re-energizing My Life Through Adult Women’s Football

Right now I’m playing in a women’s football league. This is a great experience because it lets me do things that as a woman, I normally can’t. I set ourADT Alarm system when I leave, and then go tackle, catch, run, and score touchdowns. How many adult women actually get to do those things on a weekly basis?

The league helps me stay in shape while having fun. It’s a great way to blow off some steam and work out the stress of the long days I have. I’ve also noticed that it is a good way to make real friends. I have a built-in network of women who share a common interest with me. As part of our league, we do conditioning at the gym once a week. It’s great because I have some people to work out with, I’m comfortable because we all have different body types (instead of looking perfect), and the exercise and strength training I do is guided. There are people there who actually know what they are doing, so I get a lot of help where I need it most when I’m working out. It’s been great playing with this league, and I’ve noticed I’m actually more revitalized when I finish playing then when I don’t play because I’m “too tired.” I definitely recommend playing in an adults sports league.

Casablanca Ceiling Fans

One of the first places I’m going to put ceiling fans in my new house is on the front porch. Yes, I live in the country and that makes for lots of time just hanging out on the front porch with family. I’m not sure exactly what I want to put there but I really like the looks of the Casablanca ceiling fans.

When we travel and we find ourselves in rooms with no ceiling fans, the air always seems to be thicker. I would love to sit on my front porch and drink tea with a little breeze coming from my ceiling fans.

I was fortunate as a teenager that I only had the occasional pimple and of course, they always showed up on homecoming or something, but never did I have to deal with true acne. My husband on the other hand has suffered all his life he says with various disgusting aspects of being acne prone. He thinks it is horrible but he doesn’t have body acne so at least I can tell him that he has one thing to be proud of.

Eye Wrinkle Creams

For me, those first gray hairs were tough to see. Then I noticed I had those dreaded laugh lines. I mean, who wants to deal with right? I’ve never been big on make-up and I’ve been even less on watching out for signs of aging. However, I’ve noticed as of late that I need to check into some eye wrinkle creams before I have to make myself head into the surgeons office for a little tuck and cleaning of laugh lines.

Insomnia Treatments

I suffer from a sleeping disorder and if anyone can talk to you about insomnia treatments, it’s me. I spent years with people talking bad about me, calling me lazy and pathetic. What no one realized was that I wasn’t getting restful sleep when I was getting even a little bit. I would walk the floors at night and I just couldn’t help it.

I would say if you are finding your days long and the nights even longer, you should definitely find someone who can help with insomnia treatments and take your life back.

I wasn’t a very high maintenance electronics kind of girl until I met my husband. He is a geek and it shows. The best part of his love of all things new and shiny is the fact that when we bought a new television, he would have nothing but an HDTV. If it had been me and I was choosing, I would have gone for cheap and works, but not my man, he loves him some shiny products.

My Vacation Home is the Real Home

If you are fortunate enough to travel for a living, even though the idea of living out of a suitcase seems unappealing, you can actually make it easier and more fun. For one, make your home, the same place you call your vacation home. With various Outer Banks foreclosures in process right now, it shouldn’t be too difficult to find a home you like, and then when you travel, the traveling is home and you are always returning to a vacation. How cool is that?
